This Privacy Notice explains how Closii collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile app to upload hand photos, select nail styles and colors, generate nail preview images, save results, and manage your history.
Closii is designed as a lightweight nail preview tool. We collect only the information needed to provide the preview experience, support app functionality, process purchases, and keep the service secure. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or model training, and we do not sell personal data.
By using the app, you understand that your hand photo may be processed to generate a preview result. Any uploaded content is handled only for the purposes described in this Notice.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our app, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make material changes, we will post the revised version in the app or through another reasonable notice method.

We do NOT share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party for their own use.
We may use a limited number of third-party infrastructure providers, such as cloud hosting, storage, security, or delivery services, solely to operate the app on our behalf and under our instructions. These providers are contractually required to protect data and are not permitted to use it for advertising, profiling, AI training, model optimization, redistribution, or any independent purpose.
We do NOT allow third parties to independently access or use user content, and we do NOT permit them to use data for their own purposes.

All AI processing for Closii is performed exclusively on our own internal servers. We do NOT use third-party AI services to process user data.
When you upload a hand photo, the image and selected style settings are temporarily transmitted to our internal systems for generation of the preview result. After processing is completed, temporary processing data is deleted.
We do NOT use your uploaded photos or generated results for model training, model optimization, or any other machine-learning training purpose.
Closii is a nail preview app and is not designed for facial recognition, face mapping, or biometric identification. We do NOT intentionally collect facial data, create face templates, or perform biometric analysis.
If a face appears incidentally in an uploaded photo, it is not used for identification or biometric purposes. Any such image is handled only as part of the temporary processing needed to generate your nail preview and is deleted after processing is completed.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, or alteration. These measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege permissions, monitoring, secure deletion practices, and protected hosting environments.
No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to reduce risks and to protect data consistent with the nature of the service.
By downloading, accessing, or using Closii, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice and agree to the collection, use, and handling of information described here, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
